The present invention relates to a hydrogen tank for a fuel cell vehicle, and to a manufacturing method thereof. Provided are: a hydrogen tank for a fuel cell vehicle, which is capable of increasing the static strength of a composite hydrogen tank, and can be expected to reduce a probabilistic deviation of the strength and improve the reliability of fatigue strength; and a manufacturing method thereof. To achieve the purpose, provided in the present invention are a non-woven fabric insertion-type hydrogen tank and a manufacturing method thereof. The non-woven fabric insertion-type hydrogen tank comprises: a liner which is a container portion filled with hydrogen; and a reinforcing layer formed on the outer surface of the liner. The reinforcing layer includes: a non-woven fabric laminated on the outer surface of the liner; and a fiber-reinforced composite material laminated on the top of the non-woven fabric. |
