a base portion;an inlet opening in the base portion;a top portion fitted to the base portion;a plurality of holes in the top portion;at least one wall in the base portion, wherein the at least one wall defines a plurality of flow paths between the inlet opening and each of the plurality of holes, wherein each of the plurality of flow paths are equidistant; and a pump in fluid communication with the inlet opening of the base portion.
