The present invention relates generally to nutritive medium, medium supplement, medium subgroup or buffer or combination thereof. Specifically, the present invention provides a fluid bed agglomerated powdered nutritive medium, medium supplement, medium subgroup or buffer or combination thereof that supports the cultivation of a cell in vitro which comprises particles of about 1-100 mesh in size, and which comprises vitamins and amino acids. Also provided is a fluid bed agglomerated powdered nutritive medium, medium supplement, medium subgroup or buffer or combination thereof comprising particles of about 1-100 mesh that supports the cultivation of a cell in vitro and that is substantially dust-free and/or dissolves rapidly to produce an automatically pH-adjusted solution upon reconstitution, which is optionally obtained by admixing individual components. Kits comprising the nutritive medium, medium supplement, medium subgroup or buffer or combination thereof are also provided. |
