The present invention relates to an absorption-type heat pump. The absorption-type heat pump according to the present invention includes: a regenerator separating coolant steam by heating a coolant solution; a condenser liquefying the coolant steam sent from the regenerator by condensing the coolant steam; an evaporator evaporating the coolant solution sent from the condenser; a coolant solution control unit controlling a supply amount of the coolant solution; and an absorber absorbing the coolant steam sent from the evaporator and supplying the coolant solution to the regenerator. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an absorption-type heat pump enabling effective cooling and heating using a single device.
