The present invention relates to a rehabilitation apparatus, and more specifically, to a rehabilitation apparatus for training movement from a sitting posture to a standing posture, which induces a patient who moves by a wheelchair or the like to properly keep her/his balance and stably stand up while personally training a standing posture at first, and which induces the patient to gradually and stably keep her/his balance such as using unused muscles by performing various therapy training processes after the patient stands up. According to the present invention, the rehabilitation apparatus comprises: a body; a seating module placed in the rear of the body to allow a user to be seated; a front handle support placed in front of the body and having a handle to be grasped with the hands of the user; and a foot plate placed on the upper part of the body in front of the seating module to place the feet of the user. The rehabilitation apparatus further comprises: a load cell formed on both sides of the foot plate to sense the weight of the user.
