The present disclosure relates to a thermoplastic resin composition and a method for preparing the same, and more particularly to, a thermoplastic resin composition, which contains 10 wt% to 90 wt% of a graft copolymer resin agglomerated with organic acid or organic acid salt, and 90 wt% to 10 wt% of a non-graft copolymer resin, a method for preparing the same, and a molded product including the same. The thermoplastic resin composition has a transparency difference (ΔHaze) of 20 or less between before and after moist heating, and a difference in refractive index between the graft copolymer resin and the non-graft copolymer resin is less than 0.01. The present invention provides the thermoplastic resin composition that has superior characteristics of entire properties balance, color, transparency, and particularly, excellent moist-heat resistance to be applied to products that are probably exposed to high temperature water or required to be sterilized; the method for manufacturing the same; and molded product including the same.
