Disclosed are a biometric test sample analyzing system and an analyzing method using the same for analyzing biometric test samples of which the inner structure is uneven by locations. The biometric test sample analyzing system includes at least one measuring unit and one information processing unit. The measuring unit acquires extracting spectrum for multiple measurable areas placed at different places from the biometric test samples. Additionally, the information processing unit determines the abnormality of the measurable areas after comparing the extracting spectrum or changes the level of contribution of data on specific substances of the test samples after grading the extracting spectrum.
