1. A method for supporting a reverse Single Radio Voice Call Continuity (rSRVCC), comprising:
receiving, by a first network entity from a user equipment (UE), a first message including codec information and port information the UE prefers to use for an rSRVCC access transfer; and transmitting, by the first network entity to a second network entity, a second message including the codec information and the port information the UE prefers to use for the potential rSRVCC access transfer, wherein the rSRVCC involves a first handover for the UE from a Universal Terrestrial Radio Access Network (UTRAN) or GSM EDGE Radio Access Network (GERAN) to an Evolved UTRAN (E UTRAN), and wherein the first network entity is a Mobile Switching Center (MSC) server or an Access Transfer Control Function (ATCF).
