a dome-shaped top portion; a toroid-shaped bottom portion; and an intermediate portion for connecting the dome-shaped top portion and the toroid-shaped bottom portion, wherein the intermediate portion comprises a lead-trough to receive electric equipment to be interconnected, wherein the dome-shaped top portion is ellipsoid-shaped, and a diameter of the dome-shaped top portion is greater than a diameter of the toroid-shaped bottom portion.
