PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel polyester poly(meth)acrylate having a fluorene skeleton capable of forming a cured article having both of high refractive index and flexibility, a curable composition and a cured article thereof, and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: Polyester poly(meth)acrylate having a fluorene skeleton is represented by the following formula (1-1) and at least one of a diol component (A) and a dicarboxylic acid component (B) has the fluorene skeleton.
