PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a panel for building capable of manufacturing panels for building while reducing futile use by manufacturing a plurality of panels for building having different sizes from one sheet of a regular size print.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a panel for building manufacturing a plurality of panels for building having different sizes from a regular size print includes the steps of: forming grooves 20 to 22 of a prescribed shape on the surface of a part which is turned to be an edge of the panel for building later in the regular size print 1; coating the regular size print 1 formed of the grooves 20 to 22; and cutting the regular size print 1 by means of a rotation blade 80 having a prescribed thickness to divide the regular size print into panels A to F for building. The step of forming the groove has a process of forming an extra length part 20a of a vertical groove 20 on an extension part of a part which is turned to be an edge of the panel for building later, on a position which is not an edge part of the regular size print 1. The step of coating the regular size print 1 has a process of removing excessive coating material by blowing air and collecting the excessive coating material to the extra length part 20a of the vertical groove 20.
