The present invention relates to a rod feeder for welding, and a rod feeding method. According to the present invention, a rod feeder for welding comprises: a mounting unit mounted in a worker′s finger; a feeding unit feeding a rod back and forth by generating a driving force; an input unit installed in one side of the mounting unit, wherein an operation command to control a feeding direction of the rod is inputted; and a control unit controlling operation of the feeding unit based on the command inputted through the input unit. As such, a rod mounted in the worker′s finger or hand, which is used for welding work, is able to automatically be fed. |
