The present invention relates to a sweetened ginger slice and ginger tea containing medical herbs and, more particularly, to a sweetened ginger slice and ginger tea containing medical herbs capable of improving a taste and functionality by containing medical herbs such as Radix Smilax china, jujube, licorice, cinnamon, dried orange peel, and the like. According to the present invention, a method for producing a sweetened ginger slice containing medical herbs comprises: a step 1-1 of producing a medicinal extract by mixing and heating medical herbs and water; a step 1-2 of washing and peeling a ginger; a step 1-3 of cutting the peeled ginger into thin slices, dipping the thin slices into water, and picking the thin slices up; a step 1-4 of blanching the ginger dipped into water and picked up, using a medicinal extract; a step 1-5 of separating the blanched ginger from the medicinal extract; a step 1-6 of mixing the blanched ginger with sugar; and a step 1-7 of producing a sweetened ginger slice by removing moisture from the ginger mixed with sugar and blanched in a pot. According to the present invention, a method for producing ginger tea containing medical herbs comprises: a step 2-1 of mixing and heating medical herbs and water to produce a medicinal extract; a step 2-2 of washing and peeling a ginger; a step 2-3 of cutting the peeled ginger into thin slices, dipping the thin slices into water, and picking the thin slices up; a step 2-4 of blanching the ginger dipped into water and picked up, using a medicinal extract; a step 2-5 of separating the blanched ginger from a medicinal extract; and a step 2-6 of concentrating the medicinal extract in which the ginger is blanched to produce ginger tea. |
