PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera system capable of photographing an excellent image by removing an FPN (Fixed Pattern Noise) existing in each pixel, without reducing an exposure time.SOLUTION: An imaging system includes an imaging element 2 in which a plurality of pixels are two-dimensionally arranged, a photoelectric conversion part which is arranged for each pixel and generates an electric charge corresponding to an incident light amount, a charge transfer part which switches whether or not the electric charge of the photoelectric conversion part is transferred to a charge holding part, a correction data creation part 5 which reads a signal for each pixel from the charge holding part and creates noise correction data for each pixel, in such a state that the charge transfer part does not transfer the electric charge to the charge holding part, and a pixel noise correction part (FPN correction part 7) which reads the signal for each pixel from the charge holding part and performs noise correction for each pixel on the basis of the noise correction data created by the correction data creation part, in such a state that the charge transfer part transfers the electric charge to the charge holding part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
