PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection method capable of detecting lamination deviation of a fuel cell stack, ventilation film abnormality of a case and a waterproof seal defect of the case without disassembling a fuel cell.SOLUTION: The inspection method is used for the fuel cell comprising a fuel cell stack in which a plurality of unit cells are laminated, and a case in which the fuel cell stack is accommodated and which includes a ventilation film. The inspection method includes the steps of: pressurizing the inside of the case; measuring a pressure increase speed within the case during the pressurization; measuring a pressure within the case after the pressurization; and measuring a pressure decrease speed within the case after the pressurization. If the pressure increase speed is lower than a specific range or the pressure is lower than a specific range, the presence of lamination deviation between the units cells of the fuel cell stack is detected. If the pressure increase speed is higher than the specific range, the presence of abnormality in the ventilation film is detected. If the pressure decrease speed is higher than a specific range, the presence of the waterproof seal defect in the case is detected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
