PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a tape from being erroneously inserted into a tape feeder in a component supply device with which a plurality of tape feeders are disposed.SOLUTION: In a component supply device A, a plurality of tape feeders B are disposed, and a reel around which a tape holding a plurality of components in a length direction is wound, is mounted in each of the tape feeders. The tape of the reel is inserted from a tape insertion port C of the tape feeder and moved in the length direction, such that the components are supplied to a component supply part. In the vicinity of the tape insertion port of each of the tape feeders, a tape insertion block member D is provided which can be displaced between a blocking position where the insertion of the tape from the tape insertion port is blocked and a non-blocking position where the insertion is not blocked. To each of the reels, component information C including a component type of the reel is added and control means is provided by which, on the basis of a recognition result of the component information C added to the reel, only the tape insertion block member D of the tape feeder supplying a relevant type of components is displaced to the non-blocking position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
