The present invention relates to an open type prestressed steel box girder, which can be economically manufactured by reducing the amount of steel materials and reinforcing materials by maximizing structural efficiency of the open type prestressed steel box girder, and a bridge construction method using the same. The open type prestressed steel box girder includes: both steel-composite anchoring block including an inner partition formed on the upper surface of a lower flange at intervals in a longitudinal direction and extended in a transverse direction, wherein the inner partition has a through hole, and concrete formed between the inner partitions in order for the through hole to be exposed; and a tendon inserted into the through hole between the both steel-composite anchoring blocks so that both ends thereof are individually tensioned and anchored to the steel-composite anchoring block in order for the tendon to be prestressed. |
