PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visible light transmission device suppressing erroneous detection of a two-dimensional color code, robust against rotation of a two-dimensional color code, and capable of communication without notifying of the parameters of a two-dimensional color code independently, and to provide a visible light reception device, a visible light communication system, visible light communication method and program.SOLUTION: A visible light transmission device 110 has a generating section 111 for generating a two-dimensional color code including a data area including transmission data, and a reference area, and a display section 112 for displaying a two-dimensional color code. The data area is formed by arranging a plurality of data cells, each having a signal color corresponding to any one of a plurality of signal points defined on a chromaticity coordinate, two-dimensionally. The reference area is formed by arranging a plurality of reference cells, each having a reference color corresponding to any one reference point identical to the signal points, in a predetermined arrangement, at predetermined positions with reference to the data area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
