PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict a bracket and a main body member from being displaced in an axial direction and a rotating direction of a fixing part.SOLUTION: A vibration-proof device comprises: a fixing part fixed to one of a vibration generating part and a vibration receiving part; a bracket fixed to the other of the vibration generating part and the vibration receiving part and having an outer periphery part forming an inner space storing at least a part of the fixing part; a leg part arranged in the inner space, fixed to the fixing part and at the same time press fitted and fixed to the bracket to connect the bracket and the fixing part resiliently and arranged at one side in a vertical direction of the fixing part; an elastic body having an inclusion part arranged at the other side in a vertical direction of the fixing part; a leg part position setting part arranged at the bracket so as to set position of the leg against the bracket; and an inclusion part position setting part arranged at the bracket so as to set position of the inclusion part against the bracket.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
