PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock device of a vehicular seat that can increase freedom in design of a cam.SOLUTION: In a lock device 1, a fork 20 can be displaced between a latch position and an unlatch position. A pole 30 can be displaced between a block position and an unblock position. The pole 30 is displaced to the unblock position in interlock with operation for moving a movable body 6. The lock device 1 further comprises: a cam 40 that is supported to the pole 30 to be slidable around a cam shaft core X40 parallel to a pole shaft core X30 and has a cam face 47 which separates from the cam shaft core X40 as separating from a fork shaft core 20; and energizing means 50 which energizes the cam 40 so that the cam face 47 approaches the fork shaft core X20. The fork 20 has a cam contact part 24 at a position where the fork separates from the fork shaft core X20. The cam face 47 can contact the contact part 24 in a state where the fork 20 is at the latch position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
