摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact lens for cornea-correction crosslinking capable of causing a riboflavin solution to speedily and reliably permeate into the corneal tissue of a patient, in cornea crosslinking.SOLUTION: The contact lens for cornea-correction crosslinking is formed from an ultraviolet transmitting material, and comprises, on the side thereof that contacts a cornea 2 of a patient, a pressing area 32 protruding so as to have a convex curve shape at a position where the center of a cornea dome is pressed, and a relief area 34 surrounding the outer periphery of the pressing area and formed of an annular concave part having a concave arc shape. Both of the areas are pressed against the cornea to change the shape of the cornea and correct at least unaided vision and keratoconus. This contact lens further comprises: a reservoir part 12 that is provided to the pressing area on the outer side thereof in the lens thickness direction, and stores a riboflavin solution therein; through holes 44 that enable communication between the inside of the reservoir part and the pressing area; and a working-side electrode 14 that has the same polarity as the riboflavin solution inside the reservoir part. While the contact lens is worn on the eyeball 1, the riboflavin solution permeates into the corneal tissue by iontophoresis, and ultraviolet irradiation is possible.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
