PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor device having excellent sensitivity.SOLUTION: A sensor device has a case 23, a sensor 32 and potting resin 24. The case 23 has a wall 41 and a wall 42 confronting the wall 41. The sensor 32 has a confronting face 32A confronting the wall 42, and an embedded face 32B at the opposite side to the confronting face 32A. The potting resin 24 is filled in the case 23 so as to cover the embedded face 32B. The confronting face 32A is in contact with the wall 42. Accordingly, the potting resin 24 can be suppressed from infiltrating into the gap between the confronting face 32A and the wall 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
