PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nut that is attached to a paint coating device or soldering device, and can change a fixed position of the nut more easily than conventional ones even if attachments generated in long-term use of each device are fastened; an attachment for a nut; a screw shaft; and a soldering device using them.SOLUTION: A nut 10 is screwed into a screw shaft 2 having a predetermined length. The nut 10 includes a non-screw part 11 comprising a cutout part 12 formed so as to cut out a thread in parallel with its traveling direction, and a flange part 13 having a connection hole 14 for connecting to another member. With this structure, the nut 10 is advanced/retreated, and thereby the cutout part 12 acts so as to shave off objects 6 to be fastened.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
