PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To curb a time required for collation processing with respect to a usage fee payment by an electronic money settlement of a game system.SOLUTION: When receiving a collation destination request signal from a reader/writer device 400, a management device 100 is configured to: select one collation device 200 from a plurality of collation devices 200; transmit collation destination information including an address of the selected collation device 200 to the reader/writer device 400; preliminarily hold a counter indicative of the number of collation cases in each of the plurality of collation devices 200; when receiving a collation completion signal from the selected collation device 200, increment the counter of the collation device 200; and determine whether the number of the plurality of collation devices 200 is proper on the basis of a value of the counter in a prescribed period of time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
