PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a satchel and a bag excellent in visibility in early morning and since evening to night, in which a design of a visible part can be easily changed according to taste and a purpose.SOLUTION: A satchel comprises: flexible plane emission bodies which contact by plane a lid plate part and/or a width plate part; a light source disposed at least one of short side end faces of each flexible plane emission body; and a power source for light source. A bag comprises: a body part; a flexible plane emission body which contact by plane a part of the body part; a light source disposed at lest one of short side end faces of the flexible plane emission body; and a power source for light source.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
