The present invention relates to an arc welding machine to prevent an electric shock of a worker in advance by completely blocking power supplied from a power supply unit by sensing an excessive power between a current transformer and an output terminal of a welding transformer. The present invention comprises: a power supply unit (102) which supplies power; an electronic switch (104) which receives power from the power supply unit (102), transmitting the supplied power to a control unit by being electrically connected with the power supply unit (102); a first control unit (106) which receives power from the power supply unit (102) depending on an on or off state of the electronic switch (104), controlling a welding transformer and a fan depending on a preset program by being electrically connected with the electronic switch (104); the welding transformer (108) which generates an arc depending on the control signal of the first control unit (106) by being electrically connected with the first control unit (106); the fan (110) which blows wind to the welding transformer depending on the control signal of the first control unit (106) by being electrically connected with the first control unit (106); a current transformer (C.T) electrically connected with the first control unit (106) and the output terminal of the welding transformer (108); and a second control unit (112) which sends an off signal to the electronic switch (104) when excessive power is transmitted between the current transformer and the output terminal of the welding transformer by being installed between the current transformer (C.T) and the output terminal of the welding transformer (108). |
