PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric apparatus capable of protecting an electronic component in the housing body well, when removing a cover from the housing body.SOLUTION: In a PCU1, a plurality of screw holes 23h, into which a bolt 4 is screwed respectively, are formed in the sidewall 22 of the housing body 2. A cover 5 includes a plurality of fastening parts 55, 550 projecting outward from the outer periphery of the cover 5 (a flange 52), and having an insertion hole 55h into which the bolt 4 is inserted. At the tip of the fastening part 550 provided in the cover 5, an extension 55x extending along the outer peripheral surface of the sidewall 22 of the housing body 2 to the side closer to the bottom 21 side than the end face 22s of the sidewall 22 is formed.
