PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic horn which achieves junction and cutout of a geometric shape having symmetry at one time, and an ultrasonic welder using the same.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic horn 103 is formed into a polygonal frame shape, and requires the arrangement of at least two vibration units 102 at positions with the line symmetry on the upper surface of the ultrasonic horn 103. The vibration units 102 need to be driven at the same phase and the same amplitude. By forming the ultrasonic horn 103 into the frame shape, the ultrasonic horn eliminates a disturbance in vibration and saves its weight. An ultrasonic welder 101 using the ultrasonic horn 103 can achieve cutout and welding at one time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
