PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote support server, a remote support system, and a remote support method capable of transmitting a message by operating a user terminal from a remote place without directly performing access to the user terminal for support.SOLUTION: A remote support server 200 communicably connected to a user terminal 10 by which an application is executed and a remote terminal 20 is configured to receive the telephone number data of the user terminal 10, and to extract an application ID associated with the application to be used by the user terminal 10 on the basis of the received telephone number data, and to extract execution data related to the application being executed by the user terminal on the basis of the application ID, and to transmit a part or all of the extracted execution data or a command or a message corresponding to the execution data to the remote terminal 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
