PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power train testing device that can simulate with high precision the output shaft of a prime mover-simulating dynamo to match the behavior of a real prime mover.SOLUTION: The revolving speed ωof the actual prime mover is figured out on the basis of a synthesized torque of a torque instruction Tworking on the inertial moment Jof an actual prime mover and a real torque Tdetected by a torque meter TM1 and on the inertial moment Jof the actual prime mover; a shaft torque instruction T to be inputted to the power train PT is figured out on the basis of a speed difference between the revolving speed ωand the revolving speed ωof a power train PT detected by a speed detector SM and the twist rigidity Kof a spring element to be present between the power train PT and the actual prime mover; an internal shaft torque instruction so acting on the inertial moment Jof a prime mover-simulating dynamo M1 as to make the real torque Tconsistent with this shaft torque instruction T is controlled; and torque control is performed on the power train PT in accordance with this internal shaft torque instruction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
