PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key unit which avoids the trouble of having to shave off a protrusion (burr) and makes a keyboard device into a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A key unit 20 has a plurality of keys 21 arranged in parallel in a longitudinal direction, rear ends of which are connected to a long rail part 25 extending in the longitudinal direction and fixed to a key frame through plate-like lateral hinge parts 23 made by horizontally placing a plate surface, respectively. The key unit 20 is integrally molded by injecting resin into the mold. The key unit 20 comprises connection parts 22a and 22c for connecting the rear ends of the plurality of keys 21 and the rail part 25 through the lateral hinge parts 23, respectively. Width in the longitudinal direction of the lateral hinge parts 23 and the connection parts 22a and 22c is the size that a gap is present between the adjacent lateral hinge parts 23 and connection parts 22a and 22c. When molding the key unit 20 with a mold, a predetermined portion located within the width in the longitudinal direction of the connection parts 22a and 22c is a gate corresponding part 26 for injecting resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
