PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an A/D converter capable of reducing a temperature-dependent influence, and capable of performing AD conversion with high accuracy.SOLUTION: An A/D converter includes: a first comparator C11 for detecting an analog signal within a first voltage range; a second comparator C12 for detecting an analog signal within a second voltage range which is lower than the first voltage range; selection means 13 for selectively outputting any one of comparison signals output from the first comparator and the second comparator; a digital signal output part SAR-logic for outputting a digital signal based on the comparison signal output from the selection means; and offset correction means 11 and 12 for generating a correction voltage signal for reducing offset of the first comparator and the second comparator, and outputting the generated signal to the first comparator and the second comparator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
