PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexure linkage sheet capable of downsizing a frame part of a frame unit having a plurality of flexure elements.SOLUTION: Each of frame units of a flexure linkage sheet comprises a frame part 60 and a plurality of flexure elements 40'. The frame part 60 includes a pair of vertical frames extending in a lengthwise direction X of the flexure elements 40' and a pair of horizontal frames extending in a width direction Y of the flexure elements 40'. A first horizontal frame of the horizontal frames connects tail parts of the flexure elements 40'. A second horizontal frame 76 consists of a tip chain part 110 formed by connecting extending parts 40e of the flexure elements 40'. The extending parts 40e extend in the lengthwise direction X from tip parts 40c of the flexure elements 40'. The tip chain part 110 has first separable parts C1 and C2 which are cut off in the lengthwise direction X between mutually adjacent extending parts 40e and a second separable part which are cut off in the width direction Y between the tip part 40c and the extending part 40e.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10 |
