PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing for a metal lid of a manhole and division members constituting the packing, the packing being capable of flexibly altering a diameter of the manhole even when the manhole is not of a design dimension, to suit the design dimension and at the same time allowing replacement of the packing in a small number of steps.SOLUTION: A packing for a metal lid of a manhole includes a plurality of division members 3 that form a circle when combined, a male part 40 disposed on a first edge side of the division member 3, a hook hole 41 formed on the male part 40, a female part 50 formed on a second edge side of the division member 3, a hole 32 formed on a width surface that forms a width of the division member 3, the hole leading to the female part 50, and a protrusion 51 protruding toward an opening side of the hole 32 from a bottom surface of the hole 32, the protrusion having a length along an insertion direction for inserting the male part 40 into the female part 50 shorter than the hook hole 41. The packing for a metal lid of a manhole is configured by inserting the male part 40 into the female part 50, and connecting the division members 3 by hooking the hook hole 41 to the protrusion 51.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
