The present invention discloses a mask frame assembly and a manufacturing method thereof. The mask frame assembly includes: a frame having an opening part and a supporting part; a unit mask which has a deposition pattern part, and is tensioned in a first direction and fixed on the supporting part; and a first supporter which supports the unit mask, and has a magnet part on at least a portion thereof. According to embodiments of the present invention, deposition materials can be precisely deposited on a substrate by improving adhesion between the substrate and the unit mask through minimizing creases formed on the unit mask. |
