PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medium voltage inverter restarting apparatus for stable restart by easily estimating a rotor speed of a medium voltage motor when an input power supply returns from an instantaneous defective state to a normal state.SOLUTION: An apparatus of the present invention restarts by estimating a rotor speed of a medium voltage motor when an input power supply returns from an abnormal state to a normal state, and thereby dispensing with the need to wait until the rotor speed reaches zero speed and thus reducing a time required for the restart by a simple configuration.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
