PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable device, and a method and a program for supporting non-contact charging, supporting positioning between a power transmission coil and a power reception coil by an application installed in the portable device, when performing non-contact power supply.SOLUTION: The method for supporting non-contact charging includes: moving a smart phone 20 having a power reception coil 30 to a power transmission coil 3 on a mobile battery 1; calculating a position before and after the movement of the smart phone 20 on the basis of acceleration measured by a three-axis acceleration sensor; measuring each value corresponding to electric field intensity at each position; calculating the position of the power transmission coil from values corresponding to the electric field intensity at three positions; and notifying a user of a movement direction by an image and sound in order to move the power reception coil 30 to the calculated position of the power transmission coil 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
