PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosensitive transfer recording medium capable of more appropriately performing printing.SOLUTION: There is provided a thermosensitive transfer recording medium 1 which comprises a substrate 10, a heat-resistant lubricating layer 40 formed on one surface of the substrate 10, a dye layer 30 formed on the other surface of the substrate 10 and an undercoat layer 20 formed between the other surface and the dye layer 30, wherein the undercoat layer 20 has a storage elastic modulus G' at 100°C of 1.0E+06 N/mor more and contains polyvinylpyrrolidone and a copolymer of a polyester having a sulfonic acid group in the side chain and an acryl having at least one of a glycidyl group and a carboxyl group, and the heat-resistant lubricating layer 40 has a dynamic friction coefficient μto each of SiC, SiNand SiON at 120°C of 0.18 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
