PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic-inorganic composite material suitable as a heat radiation material expressing high thermal conductivity in a thin film or to a parallel direction along the face direction of the sheet shape.SOLUTION: Provided is a sheet-shaped organic-inorganic composite material with thermal conductivity is composed of: an organic-inorganic composite material thermoplastic resin or thermosetting resin; an insulating thermal conduction inorganic filler; and a solvent. The insulating thermal conduction inorganic filler being hexagonal boron nitride and/or hexagonal boron nitride surface-modified with a silane coupling agent or silsesquioxane, and the a-b crystal face of the hexagonal boron nitride is oriented in parallel along the face direction of the sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
