PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a packaged beverage for selling by warming in which the decrease in the quality such as the deterioration of flavor and taste due to the warming or the occurrence of precipitation, is suppressed; and a production method therefor.SOLUTION: Provided are: a packaged beverage for selling by warming characterized in containing starch by 0.0005 mass% or more and 0.1 mass% or less, and preferably, with respect to the total amount of amylose and amylopectin in the starch, the ratio (mass ratio) of amylopectin, [amylopectin content/(amylopectin content + amylose content)×100(%)], is 75% or more and 100% or less; a production method therefor; and a warming deterioration suppression method for packaged beverage for selling by warming.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
