PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a degreasing tool usable in high-temperature application, reusable, capable of adsorbing oil selectively, and suitable also for cooking use, whereas a degreasing material usable for cooking is non-returnable hitherto, and is not suitable for use for a fried food.SOLUTION: There is provided a silicone resin compact which is provided on a surface with two or more projections having a longitudinal size of 3.0 mm or less, a lateral size of 5.0 mm or more and a height of 3 mm or more, and having an average interval of 3 mm or less of intervals between adjacent projections, and which has a surface area of 500 cmor more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
