An analog-digital converting device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a most significant bit (MSB)-digital analog converter (DAC) which converts a digital signal to an analog signal; a trim capacitor; a least significant bit (LSB)-DAC which is coupled with the trim capacitor, and converts the digital signal to the analog signal; a bridge capacitor which connects the MSB-DAC and the LSB-DAC; a comparing unit which measures a voltage value at the MSB-DAC and the LSB-DAC, and outputs a result of comparing the voltage value with a sampled voltage value; and a control unit which generates first measured data by digitally converting a first measured value output from the comparing unit by applying reference voltage to a unit capacitor of the MSB-DAC, generates second measured data by digitally converting a second measured value output from the comparing unit by applying the reference voltage to a capacitor of the LSB-DAC and controls the trim capacitor by comparing the first measured data with the second measured data.
