摘要 The present invention relates to a transgenic plant having enhanced activity of gene LOC_Os11g15180 including SEQ ID NO. 2 encoding methyltransferase, to a recombinant vector, comprising an expression induction sequence of enhancing activity of the gene, for promoting plant disease resistance, and to a method for producing the transgenic plant. In addition, the present invention relates to a method for promoting plant disease resistance, the method comprising a step of enhancing activity of the gene LOC_Os11g15180. The present invention is directed to transgenic rice which has strong resistance to bacterial leaf blight and improves the quality of seeds by inserting an expression induction sequence into an expression regulatory site of LOC_Os11g15180, which is a gene resistant to bacterial leaf blight and inherently exists in rice. The use of the transgenic rice of the present invention can reduce the use of agricultural chemicals, improve productivity, and supply safe agricultural products, through the resistance to diseases, and thus the transgenic rice of the present invention can be widely used.
