Disclosed are a method of manufacturing a mixed metal oxide catalyst and a method of removing carbon monoxide within hydrogen. The method of manufacturing the mixed metal oxide catalyst includes: forming first metal hydroxide by using a first metal precursor and an alkaline solution; drying the first metal hydroxide; depositing a solution including a second metal precursor on the dried first metal hydroxide; and drying the first metal hydroxide to manufacture the mixed metal oxide catalyst.
