According to the present invention, a clamping apparatus comprises: an apparatus body; and a clamping means configured in the apparatus body with a hinge link pressurization method to restrict a rotation moment generated in a pressing member by reaction of a material when pressing the material with the provided pressing member. As stated above, according to the present invention, when pressing a material with the pressing member, the clamping means is configured to restrict a rotation moment generated in the pressing member by reaction of the material, thereby increasing durability of a circular saw which is a cutting means in accordance with increasing a clamping force with respect to the material, and achieving high cutting efficiency such as high speed cutting, great cutting quality, low noise, and low vibration to ultimately increase productivity and a product yielding percentage.
