The device comprises: a customer information cloud server unit in which the name, a resident region, a phone number, and consumed product information of a customer are stored; a data cloud server unit in which an image, a text, and videos are stored; an advertisement order input unit by which an advertiser orders a customer information sharing text message service; a control cloud server unit; a converting cloud server unit configured to convert customer data to be sent by a text; and a text sending unit configured to send the data by the text. Therefore, the device enables a new company and an existing company to perform promotion without costs.
