The present invention relates to an internal tomography method and a system, more specifically, to an internal tomography method, comprising a step of calculating projection data, with a high quality of resolution for a region of interest and with a low quality of resolution for the entire region; and then repeating minimizing a total amount of variation of a restoration image by improving continuity of the projection data, and thus is capable of reducing radiation dose and restoring a high quality of image in a region of interest.
