Disclosed is an apparatus to form a pattern of a light guide panel. The apparatus to form the pattern of the light guide panel according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an upper roller which has a non-pattern area formed in a shape of a cut-out segment, and rotates in a direction of extracting the light guide panel when the light guide panel enters; a lower roller which is arranged to be separated from the upper roller at a lower part of the upper roller, and rises to compress the light guide panel and rotates in a direction of extracting the light guide panel when the light guide panel enters; a stamper which has both ends to be connected to have pre-tension by at least one spring on the non-pattern area while being wound around an outer circumference of the upper roller, and forms a pattern on the light guide panel according as the upper roller and the lower roller compress and rotate the light guide panel; and a driving part which rotates the upper roller and the lower roller, and lifts up or down the lower roller. The apparatus of the present invention can prevent a gap between the stamper and the upper roller, and can form the pattern uniformly on the light guide panel.
