According to the present invention, disclosed is a prepreg producing device having an independent heating unit. The prepreg producing device comprises: a case for supporting the overall part of the prepreg producing device, and having one side for feeding and transferring a prepreg in which a binder is laminated on a reinforcement fiber; a transferring module including a first transferring belt formed to be long in the case and circulating in one direction, and a second transferring belt disposed in a lamination type to be upwardly spaced apart from the first transferring belt and face the first transferring belt, in which one side thereof facing the first transferring belt circulates in the same direction as the first transferring belt and the prepreg is upwardly and downwardly pressed and transferred between the first transferring belt and the second transferring belt; and a plurality of heating modules continuously disposed along a movement route of the prepreg in the case, and respectively and independently driven to heat the transferred prepreg. A heating temperature is gradually increased or decreased when a prepreg is heated on a movement route thereof, so the prepreg may be prevented from being damaged by a rapid temperature change.
