According to the present invention, provided is an apparatus to diagnose dizziness comprising: an acceleration sensor unit (110) which is attached to the body of a person to be measured to measure acceleration of the body and is carried; a micro controller (120) to receive the acceleration information measured using the acceleration sensor unit (110), calculate the center of mass coordinate, calculate an area of convex hull extracted using convex hull of the respective calculated center of mass coordinate data, and generate a graph of the convex hull area varied with time with respect to the center of mass of the body; and a memory to store the generated graph of the convex hull.
